Gov. Nikki Haley continues to raise money for a potential re-election bid, despite the fact she hasn’t said if she will seek a second term.
Gov. Haley has raised nearly $1 million for her 2014 re-election campaign.
However, Haley has been coy about her future plans, saying that she hasn’t made up her mind about seeking a second term.
The governor’s spokesman told the State Newspaper
it’s too soon to think about 2014.
The State reports the Haley campaign has raised $970,000 for her potential re-election bid, and she has spent only $307,000.
That leaves her with more than $660,000 of cash on hand.
Haley spent nearly $4 million in her 2010 campaign for governor.
