Plenty of sunshine returning to the Palmetto State for your Monday, but with cooler highs. Look for mid to upper 60s from the Upstate to the Lowcountry along with winds rather breezy. Clear and chilly for the overnight with lows in the upper 30s for the Upstate and Midlands to the low 40s for the Lowcountry.
