Partly cloudy skies will be with us Thursday along with warmer highs in the low 80s for the Upstate to the mid 80s for the Midlands and Lowcountry. Overnight lows will fall into the upper 50s for the Upstate to the low to mid 60s for the Midlands and Lowcountry.
