Two teens have been charged and investigators are looking for a third suspect after a series of vandalisms and thefts at a Murrells Inlet marina.
The Georgetown County Sheriff’s Office says 18-year-old Justin Abbott and a 14-year-old were captured on video stealing from and damaging boats at the Crazy Sister Marina on April 23 and April 24. Investigators say Abbott and the other teen entered several boats and stole items. Officials say the pair also sprayed boats and another vehicle with a fire extinguisher.
Abbott and the juvenile were both charged with trespassing, petit larceny, malicious injury to personal property, and second-degree burglary.
Deputies say they are looking for a third suspect, who they described as a white female named “Sky.” Investigators believe she lives in Conway. Anyone with information is asked to call the sheriff’s office at 546-5102.
