This is the first national GOP convention for Andrew Boucher of Charleston, an alternate delegate from South Carolina. He has been busy tweeting about his daily experiences and observing such things as the fact that Condoleeza Rice delivered one of the week’s strongest speeches, without a teleprompter.
He tweeted about what became a humorous and frustrating series of bus rides into Tampa, resulting in a “mutiny” of SC delegates electing to walk instead. We talked to him about all of this and more.
