The Republican primary race for South Carolina Treasurer has turned into one of the most contentious, with incumbent Converse Chellis and Curtis Loftis accusing each other of negative campaigning.
Curtis Loftis owns a pest control company and runs a Christian humanitarian group. He has criticized Chellis’s salary and car allowance.
