(as reported by Andrew Kiel, WRHI)
A family is in mourning this week after two adult siblings were found dead in their home.
Two sisters in Lancaster County were found dead on a couch over the weekend in their home. The Lancaster County Sheriff’s Office says 55-year-old Peggy Small and 51-year-old Gail Patterson were found upright on their couch with the TV on.
The sisters were last heard from on June 29 and police believe the two died sometime between June 30 and July 1st before being discovered on Sunday. A initial autopsy has ruled out foul play but officials are still waiting on more test results to determine the cause of death. However, in the police report, a relative notified officers that one of the sisters had talked about ending her life. The two had been living together for just a few weeks.
