For Orangeburg County Sheriff Larry Williams, he said Duley admitted to the crime.
“That she had suffocated the children, and of course, the children were dead when she placed them into the water,” says Williams
Investigators say Duley had an altercation with her mother about Duley’s lack of parenting, so Duley acted. And, today Duley will face a bond court judge at 2 p.m. in Orangeburg to determine her fate.
