A new, low-cost air service took flight from Columbia on Friday.
Vision Airlines officially launched service between Columbia Metropolitan Airport and Northwest Florida Regional Airport on Friday, April 1. The new, low-cost air service for Columbia will operate two days per week flying a Boeing 737 with 148-seat capacity to the Florida Gulf Coast region.
Dan Mann, executive director at the Columbia Metropolitan Airport says they are pleased to offer the non-stop service from Columbia to the Northwest Florida destinations, “just in time for spring and summer travel.”
Vision Airlines says they will continue to aggressively serve new markets around the country. The airline already serves the Greenville/Spartanburg market.
