Arrests have been made in an attack by protestors on the U.S. consulate in Libya and the death of four diplomats that happened Sept. 11. South Carolina Senator Lindsey Graham, is a member of the Senate Armed Services Committee and a frequent visitor to Midle East hot spots either as a member of Congress or as a colonel in the Air Force Reserves. He cautions that the United States should not back out of Libya because of this incident.
