Columbia police are searching for a 25-year-old man who hasn’t been heard from since last Friday.
Interim Police Chief Ruben Santiago says officers want to find Huy Quang Pham, whose last address was on Greene Street just outside the city’s downtown.
Pham’s parents told officer that they came to Columbia to visit with Pham but did not actually see him. They then filed a missing persons report for him on September 1.
Investigators say they’ve received conflicting information on where he may be.
Pham’s Facebook page says he attended Eastside High School in Greenville. He also has family living in Atlanta and in Rock Hill.
Pham has black hair and brown eyes. He’s 150 pounds and 5 feet 9 inches tall. Police say he may be driving a 2006 Silver Pontiac Torrent with SC tags DZV-833.
