U.S. Senator Tim Scott shared the story of his constituent, Tom Dougall of Elgin, who learned that his personal info got into the wrong hands when signed up on a supplemental Obamacare site. Information he uploaded to the healthcare exchange marketplace and a North Carolina man was able to download it.
Sen. Scott says that Dougall has gotten no response from site administrators. Marilyn Tavenner, administrator of the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) disagrees.
